Private Party

GFIT Private Party is a service designed for a small group setting of a 60 minute workout at the host clients home or desired location.

GFIT Private Party is a closed setting to the public and available upon invitation from the host or other participating guests.

Workout varieties include the following:
-Strength Training
-High Intensity Interval Training
-Circuit Training
-Speed & Agility
-Plyometrics
-Aerobics
-Flexibility & Mobility
-Sport Specific Functional Exercise
-Core & Balance

Personal equipment is welcome however necessary equipment will be provided by GFIT. All equipment is sanitized by EPA approved disinfectants between all sessions.

Rate of service: $30 per participant
Minimum of 5 people per party.
